A major breakthrough has come on the ever controversial issue of Ayodhya Ram Temple Dispute. The Supreme Court has agreed to have an urgent hearing of a plea made by Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy with regard to the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya. A bench of Chief Justice TS Thakur and Justice AR Dave had decided to hear the plea of Swamy for next week after he sought an urgent hearing in the matter.
The plea to re-build a Ram temple at the Ramjanmabhoomi site will be heard by the Supreme Court. In 1992, kar sevaks had destroyed the Babri Masjid claiming that the mosque was built on the birthplace of Hindu lord Rama – Ramjanmabhoomi.
Subramanian Swamy has said that he has contacted all the concerned parties related to the case and everyone is supporting him for a day to day hearing in the case as a solution to the matter. “I’m happy to inform you that i personally contacted all the appelant in the matter and all are agreeble that the Supreme Court should resolve the matter like the Ram Setu and it is acceptable to all.”
“Since the matter is listed for hearing next week i request you to direct the concerned Law officers in this matter to support my prayer for listing the matter for day to day hearing so that the matter is resolved judicially sometime in the middle of the next year. As you know this is the promise we had made in 2014 manifesto, that is, we will strive to build the Ram Temple by legal means, said Swamy, setting up the movement for construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. ”
Here the latter :
PVN Govt in an affidavit to SC in 1994 swore that Mandir will be built if proved mandir pre existed. ASI proved that pic.twitter.com/f1B0oakbOV

The Ram Mandir dispute was not going anywhere and nothing was happening on it but Swamy’s plea has worked as a breathe of fresh air for the matter concerned.
